Thank you for your interest in attending a CCL program. To expedite your request for a Visa Letter of Invitation, we have created this secure online form. Once completed, you will be provided with a PDF copy of the letter, which you can print and submit with your Visa Application.

Important Information

Please fill out all the required information on the form completely.
Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other documentation could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa.
Please note that each individual requesting an invitation letter must fill out a separate form.
Because of the number of visa applications and the need for thorough security reviews it is strongly encouraged travelers to apply for their visas as early as possible - at least 3 to 4 months before the visa is needed.
CCL is unable to contact any Embassies in support of an individual attempting to gain entry to attend a CCL program.
